Pack Your Items
Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box of your choice.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5 business days.
